Der Support ist sehr gut und antwortet schnell.Da ich ja einige Wochen Zeit hatte die beiden Batterien zu betreiben kann ich nur Gutes berichten.Tiefentladeschutz spricht (getestet) fast zeitgleich an. Das spricht für gute Qualität der verbauten BMS.Nr.3 und 4 sind in Planung

I received the battery a day later than expected (expected Feb 9th-13th and arrived on 14th). Decently packaged in a sturdy, undamaged cardboard box, suspended all around in thick foam. Removed battery and inspected for damage/odd labeling; everything good, no obvious damage, apparent swelling, odd labeling- overall, very satisfactory, appeared as advertised. I haven't yet connected battery to check workings. I will be able to do so within the next week and will then update my review .
