USPS misdelivered package, and the PO would do nothing about it. Whoever got it wasn't honest enough to give it back to the PO so it could be delivered correctly. When the seller was notified of the mixup, I was promptly issued a refund. Honest seller, foul-up was the fault of the USPS.
