Had to modify with washers for Ludwig tom mounts
Common complaint - NO INSTRUCTIONS! Easy enough to figure most of it out but still required looking at a few pictures and videos on line. Modifications on Ludwig drums: Had to buy and install chrome washers to fill gaps where tom mounts attach to system. Works great now.

A few stones missing from the rock of Gibraltar (4.5 stars really)
Item received nicely packaged , however after comparing to photo in catalog , noticed that the washers were missing from the drum key type nut that holds each adjutable sliding plate on , also the rubber suppor washers were upside down in comparison to photo. Added the washers from my spare parts box and flipped the rubber grommets over (a little dish soap helped). Bad design
Bad design. Rubber cone does not fit with adjacent washers for mount. The lock nutt for the rubber cone does not allow for an associated lock to accompany your mounting bracket, on the outer side of the suspension bracket. Much modification needed!

i modified it a bit. I added a metal bar to the existing one to move the large rubber grommet from the shell to the bottom rim.
