Sent the wrong instrument initially then finally the correct one and not very impressed with what they consider “professional “ quality. I am now returning the initial wrong instrument. They did provide the return label. They did get the situation resolved but I was frustrated that I was not informed how the viola would arrive and the bow is poor quality and the “hair” of the bow was trapped in the case holder and does not look like good or even horse hair.

Seller was very responsive and shipped the item immediately. Packaged very securely inside a plastic construction tube. The bow looks as described. The horse hair is OK: for the price it’s acceptable but not AAA grade, unless there’s grade inflation. The stick is straight where it counts and craftsmanship is nice. I am not sure about the pernambuco equivalence, but it is a good bow and save the hair, it won’t be affected by normal temperature and humidity changes. Highly recommend! Thanks!
