The bass clarinet arrived in mint condition except for a key on the bottom of the horn fell off when putting the horn together for the first time so I had to get it repaired. I messaged the seller and he was very concerned and responsive as this had never happened to him before. In the end he offered to pay for a portion of the repair which was greatly appreciated just based on principle. Thank you Jack for making this right. Great seller!
