I received the item per their shipping time, however, it came without the box. In the main description it did say NWOB but down in the details it states " brand new in box." After contacting the seller, they said it was a misprint. The seller did say that I could return the item but mentioned nothing about shipping costs etc.
Take your chances I guess.

It doesn't come with the box, hence the discount is available at 60% off of the original price. We offered to return the item for a full refund however the buyer responded the following "Ok after looking again I do see the NWOB on the main description. So it's both of our errors. I will keep the mascara.Have a Happy New Year!" We thought the issue is resolved!
