The amp is great in one respect only, and that is a fantastic clean tone. It's gain setting and output are rather weak, but that clean tone, man, it's really good.

As soon as I turned it on it had annoying hum and the instrument would not sound I tried different thing but when I inserted the guitar cord into headphone jack the hum stopped then placed cord back into the instrument jack it worked fine and I have to do it every time . I will keep the unit since I know how to deal with it

While it may not have all the bells and whistles that higher end amps have it's loud and clear it does a good job for what it is. It's well worth the money.

First off it's very misleading it's not a 300 watt amp it's a little 15 watt amp that sounds crappy the fuzz is crappy the clean is Basie it's a mess. I'd be better off buying a second-hand one at a yard sale

I like the volume because the sound is excellent. You don't have to turn it up loud to hear, it has a clear sound.
