The hooks are extremely flimsy and bend under the weight of paper filling the holder - they then fall off the rail. One would suppose if the folders were designed to expand to a size to hold that many file folders the hooks would be designed to hold the weight. The whole accordion expansion design is itself a problem. The sides remain not quite fully expanded even when the holder contains as many files as can be accommodated. Holders drop into the cabinet fine - just try and get them out! Those not-quite fully expanded sides catch on the rail making it a two-man job to remove them.
