From the opening score to the creepy overtones throughout, this movie packs all the punches of a classic "Halloween" movie. Season of the Witch was always meant to be a stand-alone film, separate from the Michael Myers story line altogether. There are scenes and sequences that remind me of the movie Christine (another classic), but overall this movie is highly recommended as an old-school classic.
