    One of the Best

    This book was complied in the days when Southern Living was still the magazine to purchase, if you were interested in cooking southern. They also printed the very collectible hardback annuals each year and ever so often other hard backs that kept cooks in the know. This book is one of them. It has many useful tips on the how's and why;s of cooking. I don't think that any cooks library would be complete with out it. Randall Spearman
