Bought a previously owned, late 2012 iMac in late 2017. That's 5 years since the initial launch. Apple makes great products although pricey, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This iMac supplements my aging 2010 MacBook Pro 17", which still works like a charm, it has never required any repairs since I bought it and I wouldn't hesitate buying a similar one. Apple no longer includes the CD/DVD player or writer/ burner starting with the 2012 iMacs. I wasn't particularly looking for this feature when making my purchase since majority of the new applications do not require me to insert a CD. This computer does whatever you throw at it without whining. I found it easier to set up and use compared to a PC. I'm a happy camper! If you are in the market for a previously owned iMac, this 2012 beast won't disappoint! Cheers!! Read full review

This Imac is really a sweet all in one computer with a full suite of applications standard. Very fast with good video. These have built in camera and bluetooth as well as wifi. Easy setup, recognized my printers and installed without outside disks. This particular model does not have on board DVD reader/writer so you would need a USB unit if you want to record or read CD/DVD.

Although an iMac can be a little spendy, the design and functionality make up for it! Plus, these things hold their value pretty well, so it is pretty easy to make up the difference when you go to upgrade. PCs seem to depreciate in value pretty quick. It is a gorgeous machine and just looks sexy sitting on the desk! We haven't put it through any hoops yet but it has been great for all of our uses. I must say that I am still getting used to switching over from windows, and a couple of things (hooking up my network printer and troubleshooting our faulty wifi router) were a bit difficult for me because it seems that OS X doesn't give you as many things to configure as you can in windows. The OS is simple and easy to use, but I have a hard time when I want to get down into the nitty gritty with troubleshooting and changing specific settings. Maybe I'm just too used to Windows though! Overall, LOVE my iMac and would recommend.Read full review
The reason I got this computer with a broken screen is because I got other computer not working.. but my surprise is that even when is cracked I’m able to use it with no problems the crack in on the edges it doesn’t affect its performance and the computer is fast.
