Overall I really like the mug. The text is just how I requested it and it's printed on both sides. My only complaint is that I requested the white mug with the gold handle and gold inside. The mug I got was white with a true yellow handle and interior. It doesn't look bad, but the photos in the ad look different and I was expecting the "gold" to look metallic and have a sheen to it. I'm assuming they were out of gold and substituted with yellow as the next closest thing.

I have been a buyer on Ebay for 23 years and never have I had a seller that misrepresented a product and when contacted to rectify the situation simply to not have any communication with the buyer. Seller stated in the listing Gildan T shirt but sent a cheap lower grade T shirt with the image appearing to be a computer screen shot with the image centering prompt in the image ! So BEEARE OF THIS SELLER ! And their 86% Feedback says it all just read the negative feedback and you will understand.
