The Silhouette Cameo 4 is a good value. I don't have an internet connection in the shop where I use the cutter but once I got the software downloaded from another location the cutter worked great. A friend helped me set it up and showed me how to cut. He has a Cricut Pro and stated the Silhouette has a lot of more options and the software is more advanced, more like a CAD program. He also told me the Cricut needed an internet connection to operate whereas the Silhouette does not. I live in the country and internet service has not reached me yet.

The machine is in perfect condition. My only complaint is that when I went to register the machine with the manufacturer, the serial number was already registered. It doesn't matter to me because I am upgrading my machine and do NOT need the 100 free files. Nonetheless, there may be an issue of ownership should I have to invoke the warranty.
