Excellent !! Easy to use!
I love japanese cuisine and consider myself a decent cook. I was always somewhat scared about trying to prepare certain dishes at home as the ingredients and process always seemed so intricate and beyond my capabilities. THIS BOOK erases all the fears I ever had. Her instructions are incredibly clear and easy to follow. Living in NYC the ingredients lists are not a problem to obtain.
