I ordered a new faucet filter, the pictures showed a new box all around, no damage. When I received it, the box looked like it had been through the mill. When I opened it the parts were just thrown in it and the filter still had water in it. I contacted the seller, no reply. I had to go through eBay to get reimbursed. When the seller saw I was getting reimbursed he contacted me and wanted me to send it back for a refund probably to sell again.

It was listed as new it was not!! it arrived with a different person's name on shipping label before it was packaged a second time then re-address and shipped to me as new! You can see scuffs mark like it it's a quality product. The main thing was the seller was not honorable and never would receive any messages!! he also charged me shipping when the shipping stated " free " before my purchase.!! No way to contact the seller therefore it can't be resolved
