Buyer claimed item was broken and not working. I asked buyer to initiate a return and a full refund would be issued. Buyer claimed shipping fees would be very expensive. I advised buyer shipping is taken care of with the return. Buyer did not initiate a return; only left negative feedback. I will always accept a return and give a full refund for any items that are not acceptable to my buyers. I question if this item was ever not working as it was tested before being shipped.
