Per the item description in the listing this item was supposed to be new, in the box, and undamaged. I was expecting the item to come from a private seller out of Phoenix Arizona. Instead, my package ended up being a very damaged package from Amazon. The tracking number provided by the seller was not tied to my package in any way. I feel this is a very dishonest business practice. If I wanted to purchase something from amazon I would have, without paying for shipping.

I cancelled the order 2 minutes after I had ordered it so therefore it should have been canceled and not shipped out a day later. I will be returning it for a full refund. They should look at the customers response before they go and react after the fact.
