This product has more features than required, for my usage it's strictly my phone service. Sound quality is good, but could be a little louder.I haven't encountered any dropped calls or any of those little glitches that make a popping sound or a very brief moment of silence. When hooked up with a computer; it records recent numbers who called or left a voicemail message. Magicjack is awesome when used with a lap top or desk top configuration. . If you had your number ported, that means your landline is disconnected and you have to depend on your internet connection more than ever. No internet / no magicjack either. Yesterday we had to go to our providers office because a work crew cut our cable, and we never had a cell phone.....don't want one!. For some people it's a good second line at a grand bargain, for some of us who can't afford to be ripped off by the likes of ATT.Read full review
