great product. I'm sure it's not for every dog out there., but for my senior pal it's great. I like the fact that it crumbles easy, so I can sneak it in his food. it helps him rest and eases his pain. no, my dog isn't a puppy,. He is old and arthritic, but he sure has been able to get up better than before. you have to give these and be consistent, with a high-quality food. and I say make your judgment on dosage for your pup. it said to give my ty 3 a day, well, it was over kill for him. I had to back off to two ...so I give him one in morning and one at night. same time every day. these are good quality, but you should talk to your vet be for starting him or her on new supplements. yes, i would recommend!!
