Very nice compact thermal camera for the money. When you take a thermal picture of the area you want it also captures the digital pic for a comparison picture. This is a nice feature, however the digital pic quality is not sharp and clear like your cell phone pic. I would probably spend the extra money and get a higher quality Flir model.

The FLIR C2 was sold as factory refurbished with warranty. it will not calibrate 50% of the time and leaves spots all over the screen. The only way to fix this problem is do a factory reset. It works ok for awhile then the spots return. See attached photographs. This device was sold as factory refurbished. I have reasons to believe it was sold as is (broken) and not factory refurbished. The only good news is the warranty. FLIR is send me a brand new FLIR C5 as a free replacement.

The FLIR C2 is everything that I hoped for when I was 'shopping thermal imaging cameras. The screen presentation updates quickly, and image clarity is good. Battery life is pretty good. Nice compact full featured camera.

Very good camera for the price. I was able to trace some pipes in my house and also find a water leak with the camera. I also used it at my mothers older house and was able to see places in her celling and walls where there was no insulation. I am very happy with the camera.

This camera is great at helping find the moisture, and seeing through walls. The thermal imaging is very clear, when you take a picture it shoots 2 at the same time one is the thermal image and the other is the regular image. I do like this camera.
