Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

Great quality and included a metal sheet that slides over the interior to close the door off, when necessary My 11 yr young 65 lb Aussie (like the one pictured) took to it immediately and seems to even enjoy it. The price is very reasonable for what you receive and it's easy to install. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about it and I received it very quickly.

It is just ok.
Nice size, easy to install. But the flapper does not go back in place after dog goes through it and leaves a gap. No magnet on the end and/ir not enough weight to keep it in place. We are looking for a strip of metal to add weight to the flapper.

Amazing for the price
We've went through some dog doors...Ha ha. Our dogs are rough on dog doors running through them at full speed. This door is battle ready with it's sturdy construction and thick clear rubber flap. Easy to install and very easy to clean.

Great product - worth the price!
Love the metal locking door - a whole lot easier to use than the old plastic one which was a pain to line up to lock it in. And the flap is so flexible! I ordered this because the hard plastic entry door on our old one had cracked/broke. We had to make some adjustments as the dimensions of this new one were just a fraction bigger than our previous door. But our dog did not hesitate to enter and exit. We still have a couple of minor adjustments to make with our wall opening but this door is well worth it!Love the metal locking door - a whole lot easier to use than the old plastic one which was a pain to line up to lock it in. My DOG is thrilled
This dog door meets the needs of my dog, who is absolutely thrilled and that's the most important thing. However, there are two things you need to know: 1) the door isn't meant for foam-core doors. Because I installed it in a foam-core door (I found that out when I cut into the door), the screws weren't much good and I had to replace them with a different attachment system altogether. . That said, I would have switched out the screws regardless; 2) the ONLY metal part of the door is the slide panel and that is so flimsy I'm going to make a new one. But for the money, I wasn't expecting a high-end product.
