Product box was sealed and not damaged. Inside the jars were leaking all over... see photo. This was shipped via "UPS Next Day Air Saver®" from a Florida address and may have been de-pressurized in the cargo hold as it traveled 1 THIS IS NOW UNUSABLE !...... It was not damaged by UPS shipper, but was a poor choice of shipping method.”

Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

Cuts waxing time almost in half with smooth application and quick cool down
First time using this wax, and it is my favorite one yet. This product cuts the time of waxing in half compared to other brands I've tried. It melts at a reasonable time, EXTREMELY smooth when applying (doesn't drip and get messy) It's very gentle and not much wax is needed (thin layer) to reach your objective. It's easy to tell when it's time to rip off, it cools down quickly!. I like how easily it can be removed if I accidentally get it on the floor, because I have dogs and I had experience of other waxes warming and sticking to their coat. Definitely recommend this product, may be a little more expensive than other brands of wax but it's worth the amount. In summary: Melts at reasonable time, smooth non-messy application, cools quickly, gentle tear off, easy to remove from surfaces, ... First time using this wax, and it is my favorite one yet.
