Hello. These items are new - I've sold over 50 of them on Ebay so far, you're the only person who has had an issue. I did respond to your request to return the item stating you're welcome to return them; you need to start the return on your end and you never did so. Also, the boxes I used for shipping are whatever box is a good size to ship the items. What a shame to leave negative feedback in this situation where I clearly stated you could return the item if not satisfied.

    Good unit, a touch noisy.

    Product works well, easy to set up and has not required an extra drainage container. It is advertised as whisper quite but there is some noise especially on the high fans setting. I would buy it again.
