Received the product about a week after the due date. Granted the seller did call and apologize. Product was damaged probably from poor padding. The padded envelope was the only thing used. Bottle top was broken as well as the seal. Liquid contents poured out. Padded envelope was literally dripping wet. Refused to give me a refund because my pictures “weren’t good enough” and seller needed more pictures. Sadly I couldn’t do that since I already threw the product and packaging out.

As I had mentioned in my phone call apology, there was an eBay glitch that caused multiple problems with labels. Your’s was the only bottle damaged in shipping (out of about 40 shipments). I would have been happy to refund your money but only asked only for pictures that showed the damage to the packaging and the damage to the bottle & inner seal, so that I could submit a claim with USPS. Sadly, you were unable to do so, having thrown it away the very same day it arrived.
