Very Happy With the Book!
I was looking on line to recipe's for homemade dog food. I looked up one that was half rice and half meat and I almost made it (even bought 3 bags of rice) just to find out that rice is not digested well by dogs well. I had read that information soon after I saw this other recipe, on Dr Becker's site and was so glad I saw that before I gave it to my two small dogs. I am excited to get started with some good, well balanced recipe's from Dr Becker's book. So glad I found the book as I trust her information more than some "fly by night" person that posts recipe's and they know nothing about animal nutritional needs.I was looking on line to recipe's for homemade dog food. I have wanted this book for a long time but I guess I thought it was more of a book of recipes. It's a lot more than that and it's written on a much higher level, making it a harder read. All in all, terrific info...but very high level. Not really an easy to make recipes for your dog.
