Product was not ‘Brand New’ as advertised (dusty, dirty, and wrapped in cling wrap instead of factory sealed) so I initiated a return. I’ve contacted this seller multiple times to help resolve. They promised a refund and reimbursement of the return shipping. I have received NEITHER. The most disappointing part other than the poor quality product itself, is the terrible service and lack of professionalism. This shop does not care for its customers. I’ve never had a more negative experience.

I ordered this book over a week ago and it did come 2 days early then expected which is good but the book came with bent corners and stains on pages (I will put a few pictures for proof) and also scratches on book aswell! I am not happy at all considering the seller has said it is brand new, never been used or read and in perfect condition! They lied and I will not be buying from this seller ever again because this is unacceptable. I messaged seller about this but I’ve had no reply back!
