Sealing washer inside the bowl is cracked and washer from petcock to the gas tank is too small. Major issue is the washer which seals the bowl is cracked on both sides of the washer. Taking the bowl off was my first clue. It was way over tightened and I assume that is why it is cracked (see photo of crack at 12 o clock position. It’s best to use an o-ring, but you get what you pay for. The other washer to the tank is not the correct size, it’ll probably work, but I’m not chancing it.
