Had to return. Piston and gasket kit were new. Cylinder was tarnished, gouged, and had some type of debris stuck all over it. Returned to the seller and had to open a case to get my refund after confirmed delivery.

Purchased this oil filter for my Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom. I was hesitant but decided to take a gamble on this purchase. When the filter came, I opened the box. The oil filter is a close second to the oe spec filter with the anti drain back valve spring. I ran the bike 500 miles with this new filter. I drained the oil and cut the filter open. The filter did its job 💯% The quality of oil I drained was not black and the filter caught all the fine metals that are typical of these engines Purchased this oil filter for my Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom.
