When I first received the battery and found out that it was Defective, after reporting the issue customer service seemed to be a little nonchalant. After going through the inconvenience of having to physically take the battery back to the post office to get it shipped and returned, they sent me a COMPLETLY different battery from the original battery I ordered and the response once again was non-caring saying please ship the battery back and we'll send you another. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE.

Ordered this same battery before on one of my bikes and it's still awesome so ordered another and it just got dropped off and box looked rough regardless of it saying handle with care fragile so opened it hoping for the best and packing Styrofoam was wrecked and battery terminal is somewhat bent maybe broken?? It's still in package and really don't know what to do with this .. surly y'all didn't put one out like this and maybe FedEx wrecked it ldk

I purchased this item a couple weeks ago. It was damaged in shipping which wasn't the battery manufacturer's fault but I put in a claim for it and no one has ever responded. The post was crushed on the left.
