I’m leaving for stars because the instructions are pretty much totally incorrect. Otherwise I’m happy with it, took quite a bit of fiddling to get it together and fit properly but once I got it took it out for a test drive and was really happy with the wind deflection. It took some patience and colorful language but I got to work and and totally happy 👍 good price and fast shipping. Thank you

Good price for a good windshield
My friend recently bought a 2004 HD Softail without a windshield. I purchased this windshield to make our long-distance ride more enjoyable. This windshield frame was easy enough to assemble and the plastic is clear. Take care as you start to assemble the metal on the plastic, one piece of metal frame brushed against the plastic causing a few light scratches on the lower part of the windshield. There is a spring set to install on the frame, but it did not make sense how these springs were to attach the windshield to the motorcycle. I rode the motorcycle around at highway speeds and it held securely. My friend recently bought a 2004 HD Softail without a windshield. Better than stock windshield
This windshield is 2" taller than the stock windshield. I like it, because my baseball cap doesn't move much with the taller windshield.
