I couldn't be more impressed by this vendor!! To make a long story short, I ordered the wrong seat, contacted JT's Cycle Parts about returning it and reordering. I reordered a Saddlemen RoadSofa and was expecting it next week. I came home today and it was sitting at my gate. I have a ride this weekend and am thrilled that it came so quickly. I definitely will do more business with these guys!! Great job and great service!!!

    Saddlemen RoadSofa

    The seat was a bit firm on the first couple of rides, but is breaking in and is very comfortable. I am not getting any back pain as I was with the prior seat.
