Item arrived damaged, and seller would not take care of us on it. We were only asking for a price adjustment. They initially sent us a snarky email and then ghosted us after that. Had to go through eBay buyer protection. They claim it’s because we installed them, but we thought they were just smudges at first and we explained all of that. Nowhere in their ad didn’t say not to install.
