I've contacted this seller. This seller intentionally sold me an item with the missing ballast. I did not know that it was missing until my mechanic at Discount Brake went to install it yesterday. My only option now is to call my credit card company and dispute it with them along with my documentation from the mechanic that I had to pay!

Works and looks great! My 06 looks new! One side was obviously returned and sent to me with a broken clip but a friend figured out a way to mount it by drilling holes and using copper wire to connect the broken piece. Hopefully it stays. It was packages differently than the clearly UNUSED one. I didn’t want to deal with a return.
