Item is in goodnunused condition. It does have the speed nuts on it as many of these that are new do. You can look at the chromeband tell that it hasn't been used on a car. There are literally no swirls or scratches on it. It has a small amount of shelfwear in the for of a couple dings where it was stored loosely in a box with other parts. There is a little spot in the g that the chrome finish has 2 9r 3 tiny bubbles in it. The chrome has a nice shine bc there are no scratches on it so it shines bright. I tried to show its condition in the pictures.
