Wrong item was shipped. I messaged the Seller the day I received the wrong shipment but they did not respond to my messages. I received another buyers package with their purchase slip so this should have been a quickly resolved mistake. I then submitted a formal refund request with no response until EBay was asked to intervene. Big bummer since the company has a high rating and appears to be selling heaps of product.
