the buyer claimed package arrived damaged when i contacted the shipping company the pictures proved buyer did the damaged, the buyer tried to scam, but when i told buyer i had engraved the pump in hidden locations and i had video of it, feeling exposed as a scammer the buyer sent a contact number trying to deal outside of ebay which violates ebay's policy and i choose honesty this is when buyer became hostile and chose to give me a negative feedback.
