2001 Yamaha YZ250
Wanted to try and do some frame touch-up to a YZ250 where boots had rubbed areas of the paint off the frame. I prepped the frame surface and used the included spray card to test the color match . Color match was exact and the can had a good quality spray tip. My order also included a application information sheet that was helpful in the prep/application process. I finished the touch-up and you cannot tell where the paint transition from old to new occurs unless you get up close.Wanted to try and do some frame touch-up to a YZ250 where boots had rubbed areas of the paint off the frame. Doesn’t match the Yamaha blue
Are use this to try and color match my factory blue paint on a 2013 Yfz 450. This paint is very thin with very little coverage, The color does not match but is fairly close so if you did the whole frame it would look OK but you cannot just touch up. I do not believe I would purchase again.

Yamaha blue
My local Yamaha dealer said this is the same paint they order for themselves. Says it needs no clear coat and that is accurate. Color is spot on and I absolutely recommend it. Only issue is that it is very thin and a challenge to just “touch up“ on small areas. Needed several coats to cover the small rusted areas to match
