Say Goodbye To That Annoying Hum
This Phase Linear 400 served as a concert sound amp and was trucked around and flown cross country. It was retired to home audio service in the 80's. Always worked beautifully until the last 10 years or so, when hum from defects in the original capacitors became noticable. This upgrade was fast and easy to install and we are now enjoying the absence of ANY hum.

New life for and old power amp.
This capacitor upgrade makes a world of difference in the sound of a Phase Linear 400 amplifier. My amplifier is 49 years old, and is sounds great again. It's an extraordinary value to get this level of improvement in sound for such a low price and with so little effort.
