Arrived 4 days late (needing signature.) & damaged due to FE's gross mishandling. The guitar was a beauty, a real shame, not the fault of seller. S Traders were very responsive & quick to find a viable solution. Fine guitar, excellent customer service (from my perspective), they may wish to acquire different shipping co., &/or increase packing materials!
