The items would have been great if the mainframe hadn’t been damaged during shipping due to sellers poor job of packing the module. It was just placed in a very big box with some peanuts that didn’t even fill the box the whole way. When I contacted the seller they weren’t any better at customer service than they were at packing. They offered a credit if I purchased another unit. I don’t need another unit. I asked them to send me a foot to replace the damaged one and never heard back from them.

Tieline Codec arrived five days ahead of scheduled delivery team. Well packed and no signs of damage of arrival. System required a factory reset to allow inbound connections and currently an issue with the headphone monitoring. That said, happy with the purchase for that price and does the basic job I need it to do.
