    Great Speaker - Amazing Features ...

    Bought this needing a wireless charge-base, figuring it was more useful than just a base and only a tad bit more than a nice, good-quality charge base I wanted. Had already purchased the smaller Mini Lifejacket JOLT before getting a wireless charging phone, so knew and really liked the look and build quality, not to mention some of the coolest and the pretty amazing features; - waterproof, big buying point (not that I have tried it, but I hear these float too) - 30hr battery (will vary depending on the volume you are cranking) - also doubles as a powerbank to charge phone and any/all acsessories - wireless 'drop & charge' - the Lifeacket JOLT comes with it's own charge-brick - pretty impressive sound I do like the Altec Lansing sound over the JBL Flips, but to each their own. oh, and the ...

    Altec Lansing jolt

    Overall it's pretty good. Solid, compact, crisp clear sound. Lacks a bit in bass response. It could also be made easier to pair 2 or more units at once. It took me 4 or 5 days to finally hit the right sequence that functions with my phone. Too much misinformation out there. Sincerely. L. Raufer

    Great speaker bargain price

    A couple years ago I bought a refurbished JBL Pulse 2 on EBay and I loved it. Stopped taking a charge and I needed something else. After a little reasearch, I found this Altec Lansing lightning jolt for a great price. Solid speaker. I’ve already tested the fall durability and it’s waterproof too.

    Nice sound but lacks bass.

    Strong in most all aspects but still impossible to get good bass response out of a small speaker. Review submitted after only a few weeks of use. Time will tell if this is good buy. Have much more water environment testing to do yet. Altec Lansing assures nearly bulletproof....remains to be seen.
