I'm totally surprised. The remote I ordered arrived way earlier than I was told that would arrive which was set for April 17,24. It's just like pictured on eBay..I haven't tried it out yet. I bought an A/C used and the seller lost the remote. I'm upgrading from 5,ooo but to a 12,000 but. I'm.Having to make adjustments to window frame due to size difference I will do a follow up.
