This is a really fast laptop. It's big and heavy and I don't care because it's fast. I had a little problem with my laptop being registered to someone else (it turned out to be a glitch at ASUS) and when I told the seller about it, they said I had to contact ASUS directly, which I did. Item was great price, I received it faster than expected. It was boxed up, no damage to the box. I only have 2 issues - the first was that the fedex tracking said signature required so I waited around for the delivery so I could sign just to find the box in my garage (but that’s on FedEx not seller, just thought he may want to know). The second is for the seller - communication isn’t great or actually it’s non existent. Seller never responded to any question.
