Impressive warm, clean sound
I replaced the 4 push-pull 6P14 tubes I had with these matched EL84's. In the beginning I wasn't too sure. But after I listened for a while I realized these tubes really do sound great. Maybe there was a burn in period? In any case the lows, mids and highs all sound smoother to me. Everything is bright and clean sounding. I am impressed. See my home made amp.
