Seller shipped the timer quickly & well-packaged. Unfortunately the unit was defective. Seller responded quickly to my contacting him, but didn't know how to operate the timer and couldn't help. My next attempt to contact him asking for a refund didn't seem to get a reply, but a second attempt got a quick response, He offered to refund my money immediately.
