Item new as described. Fast shipping. Although manufacturer's operating manual is vague. The manual includes (9) nine other devices the company sells but does not mention the " Smart CNC Panel " on the impact wrench or what the red button is, the " Function Switching Key " which is printed on the impact wrench too small and blurry to read even with a magnifying glass. In order to see what it was, I had to go back and look at the advertised item on e-bay to read what the buttons were for.

SWEET DEAL! Today I must say this item is good with lots sa torque and stable spin balance, however the drill chuck attachment with the two headed screw driver bit was in fact wobbly. This wobblyness might be due to the ends being of different weights and measurements, so I might try a one off bit style, like a Phillips.

The product is great, as described. It was posted the same day I purchased it which was awesome so awesome seller. BUT this seller uses a courier company called ‘Aramax’ which is useless! They took 7 days to get the parcel from Melbourne to Sydney (10 hour drive away) then delivered it to the wrong address at 5:48pm after the call centre had closed. So I received a notification saying “package had been delivered” but couldn’t find it anywhere. Luckily my neighbour brought it to me the next day.
