Item is as described and works well in my 53131A counter. There are three mounting standoffs, each requiring a M3x 0.5mm metric screw that did not come with the oscillator. Oddly, while the oscillator came from China, it was shipped from the US on the last leg of its journey, well packaged.

    Great Universal Frequency Counter Timer

    The 53131A has many features that are very helpful in the lab. The unit replaces my Fluke 1953A which has similar functions. The Agilent 53131A takes up less bench space, its easier to read. The 10 Mhz clock was only off by 8 Hz when checking it against my 10 Mhz rubidium source. I would recommend the 53131A to anyone that needs a good frequency counter.
