Yesterday I made my first decal, the test and design cut beautifully at the perfect depth, I was scared cause I had a lot of thin line details, but it cut them with ease, and the vinyl in this bundle is quite nice. Also the transfer paper great quality. Picture is of my first decal with the bundle Vinyl and Transfer Paper.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
