The auger is powerful and works well. I have only used it for a few post holes but so far without any issues. Delivery was fast and seller's communication is good. My only suggestion for improvement is to make the drill bit size options more versatile. I needed an 8" drill bit but it came together with 2 smaller sizes for which I had no use, making the product more expensive. It would be great if it this common size could be purchased separately from the more costly set. Good product though.

This auger was what I was expecting to get. It included a few extra parts and a bottle to mix small batches of fuel. I needed to drill 12" holes 48" deep in somewhat rocky soil and was nervous about damaging my shoulders trying to control this thing. It is low RPM with a responsive throttle, so it's pretty easy. I started each hole by hand and then used the 4" bit to loosen soil and locate rocks and the 12" to clean up size and remove soil. Worked well and should last a long time. Glad I bought.

Quite the little workhorse. It fired up after about 8 pulls after adding the fuel. The choke is not marked so I had to experiment which way goes before I could get it to start. Once started I practiced on a few holes with the 6-inch auger and it does a great job even in the clay soil I have here in Tennessee. Has a lot more power than the smaller engine Preditor/Harbor Freight model I had before. I am happy.
