As i told you with the neutral feedback the items arrived, and i was not quite ready to use them, then the hurricane blasted its way in and i have been busy with that recovery, so sorry you got your self in an uproar about the neutral but things do happen that slow down the ship and since i had not time to deal with the item and eBay wanted feedback so i left neutral.
